DELIVERY TERMS

Products ordered on the INVELLIS.CO.UK online store are delivered using the EVRI courier company. The delivery timeline is influenced by the following factors:

• Order fulfillment (packing and preparing the package for shipment; orders placed by 1:00 PM are shipped the same day)

• Packages are dispatched from Monday to Friday (please note that delivery times do not include weekends, national holidays, or non-working days)

• Delivery time (dependent on the chosen delivery method, it may vary due to unforeseen circumstances)

• EVRI Courier Delivery: 1-3 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs within the UK are automatically added and displayed in the order summary (shopping cart page). The cost of delivery is automatically calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the ordered products, in accordance with the current EVRI carrier price list.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In case of damage or destruction of the package during delivery, please send photos and the order number through the form available on the website or via email to invellis@hotmail.com. 

In the event that it is necessary to resend a package due to non-receipt, incorrect address provided during order placement, or for any other reason attributable to the customer requiring a reshipment, the customer may incur an additional shipping cost. 

We do not assume responsibility for packages left in a so-called "Safe Place."

PRODUCT RETURNS

Withdrawal from the agreement:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing a reason within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return conditions:

The product must not be opened or used. It must be in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging.

The product must be returned with all included equipment and accessories.

Return procedure:

Returns can be submitted through the form available on the website or by sending an email to invellis@hotmail.com.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Return timeline:

Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will refund the customer's account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the returned item.

Shipping cost refund:

Shipping costs associated with the product are not refunded, unless the product was non-compliant with the description or damaged at the time of sale.

Non-compliance with the description or damages:

If the product is not compliant with the description or was damaged at the time of sale, the product will be accepted for return, and the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
